Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday) from the time the order is placed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
  

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location.

Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping is available on orders over 70 AED (Please specify the minimum order for free shipping).
• Free shipping is available for all orders for local customers in [Abu Dhabi – Dubai – Sharjah – Ajman – Ras Al Khaimah – Fujairah – Umm Al-Quwain].
• For customers outside these locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• Free shipping is not available for international orders unless otherwise specified.

Delivery Times  

• Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your delivery address. 
• While we aim to meet the delivery estimates, please note that delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You can track your order using the tracking number provided once your order has shipped.
  

Order Tracking   

•   After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
•   Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us immediately at info@alsawt.ae or +971502386909. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Please keep all packaging and product in the same condition as when received for the claim process.

International Shipping (if applicable)  

• For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
• Shipping times for international orders can vary. Please allow 7-21 business days for international deliveries.
